A cocktail for a Dragon
In celebration of the Chinese New Year, we commemorate the Dragon with this ULTRA delicious cocktail made with Grey Goose Vodka.
Ambition. Passion. Success. People born in the Year of the Dragon in the Chinese calendar are said to exhibit these traits and this cocktail reflects just that.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 shots Grey Goose Vodka
- 1/2 shot ginger liqueur
- 1/2 shot of lime
- 1 sprig of tarragon
- 1/3 part lemongrass syrup
- lemon rind
In a cocktail shaker, mix all ingredients and shake hard. Finely strain. Top with a squeeze of lemon rind to release essential oils. Discard rind. Serve in a coupette and garnish with a sprig of tarragon.
