Inspired by La Motte’s admiration of the artist Jacob Hendrik Pierneef, the restaurant at La Motte is not just a dining experience, but a visual experience too. The menu features Cape Winelands Cuisine, based on local ingredients and recipes handed down over generations.

With a wonderful combination of Cape Dutch and contemporary décor and delicacies prepared by Chef Chris Erasmus including a Crayfish and biltong salad, Goats’ cheese and mushroom ravioli and indulgent romantically inspired deserts such as a Mille feuille with honey roasted figs or Textures of chocolate, a visit to this elegant restaurant with its’ creative, yet traditional menu will ensure you and your partner will feel utterly spoilt.
